If you experience technical problems with a product, please contact us immediately and our team will be happy to help you. Our team takes great pride in providing high quality, easy to use products, so they are always happy to help!

30 days money back if you request support and we fail to provide a solution.

Because the products we offer are digital products, we usually only provide refunds if there are technical problems with the product that our Team cannot resolve or if the product is incorrectly listed in the product description.

Unfortunately we cannot process refunds in the following situations:

You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.
You find another product you like better or you change your mind.
You do not have enough skills to use the product.
You don't have the right software to open and edit the product.
You bought the item accidentally.
You are having problems downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is unstable, cannot handle large downloads, or a similar problem is related to your internet service.
Product purchases made more than 30 days ago.
All refunds are at the sole discretion of Clothmockup

We are open to discussion so that the problem can be resolved fairly.
