All assets we publish on Clothmockup are licensed for Personal/Standard and commercial use and non-exclusive ownership.

We offer two types of licenses:

• Standard License
  Intended for personal use;
• Commercial License
  Intended for commercial use.

Each license obtained after purchase is personal (one purchase per person/license) and cannot be transferred to others. All assets can be used on three different computers, but remain under the control of the license owner to prevent misuse.

Every asset purchased on Clothmockup is non-exclusive, meaning anyone can purchase this asset without having ownership rights, only as a user. Full ownership remains with Clothmockup.com. This license allows use for project presentations to your customers (presentations only, not sending master files), unlimited web/digital advertising for social media, and more. This license only allows use in physical advertising for local markets. For unlimited use in physical formats worldwide, obtain an Extended License.

This license does not apply to use in apps, games, or mobile games. For permission to use such uses, please send a request for further permission to support@clothmockup.com. This license allows you to use digital products to create up to 20,000 physical/digital end products. End products can be edited photos, designs, graphics, videos, or other visuals. You are not permitted to redistribute digital assets obtained from Clothmockup.com for sale or for free to anyone. They must purchase their own personal, commercial, or additional licenses. This essentially means you may only provide them with a link to our products, allowing them to legally access our assets.

Finally, this license can be terminated at any time if you violate its terms. In such cases, you must stop using the Tool or Application and remove it from your computer.
